Chamber wall and shelf plate heating, shortens temp. rising time and improves temp. distribution accuracy. Option to select “air cooling (air jacket)+air cooling (cooling pipe)” or “air cooling (air jacket)+water cooling (cooling pipe)” to significantly shorten cooling time. Equipped with safety devices such as auto overheat protector, overheat protector, abnormal N2 pressure, abnormal N2 flow, abnormal cylinder action, instant power outage protection, overcurrent earth leakage circuit breaker, etc.
