• [Caution] This product is intended for use only with car equipment that does not require a radio or backup. This product is equipped with a backup power supply terminal of 0.3 A maximum. Previously installed car stereos and watches had dedicated memory backup power lines. In recent car electronics products such as car audio and navigation systems, this backup line is omitted, so this product cannot be used. If the machine is connected directly to the battery and the power switch is left on, the machine consumes standby current, causing the battery to run out. For car audio and navigation, we recommend the DT830M, DT830 L or DT831D. Current can be obtained from the backup terminal up to 10 A for the 830 series and 15 A for the 831D.
