Feature

• Free from annoying manual handling of vacuum pumps and leak valves. There is no need to worry about the back flow of vacuum pump oil in case of wrong operation or power failure.
• Automatic sequence operation of vacuum pump linkage is possible during program operation.
• The vacuum pump can be stored in the body, and the high quality controller, independent excess rise prevention device, etc. are excellent in operability and safety.
• It is equipped with a standard function to keep the inside of the device in a vacuum even in the event of a power failure and to prevent backflow of vacuum pump oil.
• The main valve uses a large diameter electromagnetic vacuum valve of about 1 inch, so there is no exhaust loss.
• With automatic/manual switch, individual manual correspondence is possible.
