Feature

• This equipment is a spray dryer that can produce 40~100 m fine grains, which was considered to be extremely difficult for laboratory equipment.
• Applications of this equipment include preliminary testing for pilot plant projects, testing of expensive samples, application of spray drying methods such as microencapsulation, and other alternatives to conventional drying methods in general laboratories.
• The use of an efficient spray system (two-fluid nozzle system) and a large drying chamber reduces the amount of sample sticking to the chamber and provides higher recovery rates than conventional products. In addition, the drying chamber is equipped with a cold air inlet with a special mechanism to prevent the spray from soaring.
• Drying chambers, cyclones, and collection vessels are made of ultra-hard glass, so you can accurately grasp the spray state of the nozzle and the movement of the particles.
• The nozzle uses an automatic mechanism that cleans out the orifice every time the timer is set.
• The hot air inlet can be set at a high temperature to further enhance processing capacity and improve the efficiency of experiments.
