- RS Ball Valve Lockouts. These Ball Valve Lockouts from RS operate by clamping over the ball valve lever to prevent the valve from operating. These lockouts can be installed whether the valve is in the open or closed positions. This standard ball valve lockout can be installed on most internationally-available ball valves to prevent the handle being turned. Produced in strong polyurethane plastic, these RS ball valve lockouts are resistant to abrasion or cracking and resist extreme weather and/or temperature conditions.
