Description |
The Human Primary Neural Stem Cells are cryopreserved at passage 2 and can be cultured in vitro. They are isolated from normal human cortex and can be used to study the development, learning and hippocampal plasticity as these neural stem cells have roles in these processes, or in neurological diseases such as Parkinson's disease. |
Applications |
For Research Use Only |
Propagation |
Use of PriCoat™ T25 Flasks (G299) or Applied Cell Extracellular Matrix (G422) is required for cell adhesion to the culture vessels. Grow cells in ECM-coated culture vessels with the following conditions. The base medium for this cell line is Prigrow X series medium available at abm, Cat. No. TM4178. These cells must be grown in ECM-coated flasks (G299) with the aformentioned medium.Carbon dioxide (CO2): 5%, Temperature: 37.0°C. |
