Description |
The Human Primary Liver Mononuclear Cells are a mixed population of small lymphocytes, large granular lymphocytes, monocytes, and granulocytes. These cells cannot be proliferated in vitro. They are isolated from normal human liver, and can be used to study the processes of the innate and adaptive immune system. |
