Product Description
The Apsilon™ Total Nucleic Acid (TNA) Extraction Kit for Nasal Swab provides a unique and rapid method to extract and purify both DNA and RNA in 10 minutes from nasal swab samples. It effectively extracts nucleic acid from a variety of microorganisms, including viruses, and both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. Utilizing magnetic beads-based technology, this kit is compatible with automated platforms, enabling high-throughput extraction with an extremely short processing time.
The reagents are specially formulated to be enzyme-free, alcohol-free, and stable for storage at room temperature, which eliminates the need for special storage and handling requirements.
