Description

Our Magnetic Particle Concentrators (MPC®) enable optimal binding of Dynabeads® magnetic beads with their targets (e.g. cells proteins and nucleic acids) in a variety of starting samples. The MPC®-S was designed specifically for microbiology applications; it has been validated with select Dynabeads® for enrichment of E. coli O157:H7 Salmonella non-O157 STEC Cryptosporidium and Giardia. The MPC®-S can be used with both food enrichment samples types as well as water samples. It holds up to six microcentrifuge tubes and has an optimal working volume range of 20 µl–2 ml.

Note that this magnet is for microbiology applications only not for eukaryotic cell separations. For use in food and environmental testing only. Not for any animal or human therapeutic or diagnostic use.
