Description

The Pathatrix® Listeria spp. Kit when used with the Pathatrix® Auto Instrument facilitates the concentration and isolation of Listeria bacteria from pre-enriched food and environmental samples for downstream detection of Listeria spp. or Listeria monocytogenes by PCR immunoassay or culture.

When used with the Pathatrix® Auto Instrument the Pathatrix® Listeria spp. Kit:
• Reduces time-to-results – concentrates target organisms so less enrichment time is required
• Minimizes false positive and indeterminate rates – isolates specific bacteria from background flora and PCR inhibitors
• Provides added confidence – workflows validated by the AOAC Research Institute
