Description

The Pathatrix® DUAL (Listeria/Salmonella spp.) Kit when used with the Pathatrix® Auto Instrument facilitates the concentration and isolation of Listeria spp. and Salmonella spp. bacteria from pre-enriched food and environmental samples for downstream detection by PCR immunoassay or culture.

When used with the Pathatrix® Auto Instrument the Pathatrix® DUAL (Listeria/Salmonella spp.) Kit:
• Reduces time-to-results – concentrates target organisms so less enrichment time is required
• Minimizes false positive and indeterminate rates– isolates specific bacteria from background flora and PCR inhibitors

Each kit includes one vial of antibody-coated beads and sufficient numbers of sterile single-use plastic consumables for 50 samples.
