Description

The Pathatrix® Cronobacter spp. Kit – Same Day when used with the Pathatrix® Auto Instrument facilitates the concentration of Cronobacter bacteria from pre-enriched food and environmental samples for downstream detection by PCR immunoassay or culture. The kit is optimized for use with protocols that require 8 or fewer hours of pre-enrichment time.

Each kit includes one vial of antibody-coated beads and sufficient numbers of sterile single-use plastic consumables for 50 samples.
