Description

The TaqMan® Fast Reagents Starter Kit is designed to detect and quantify Eukaryotic 18S rRNA sequence in cDNA samples using the TaqMan 5’ nuclease assay, in fast thermal cycling mode. The Eukaryotic 18S rRNA TaqMan® Assay consists of a 20X mix of two unlabeled PCR primers and a FAM™ dye labeled 18S TaqMan® MGB probe.

This kit contains TaqMan® Fast Real-Time PCR Universal Master Mix (2X), no AmpErase® UNG (1 tube) , Eukaryotic 18S rRNA TaqMan® Assay (20X mix of two unlabeled PCR primers and a FAM™ dye-labeled 18S TaqMan® MGB probe) (Assay ID Hs99999901_s1; Part Number 4331182), and human Raji cDNA.

Store the PCR mix at 2 - 8°C. Store the rest of the kit contents at -15 to -25°C.
