3 Easy Steps
This kit has 3 easy steps: enrich samples prepare samples and run samples. Grow the specific pathogen from a selected sample using a standard enrichment procedure in the enrichment step. In the sample preparation step isolate the DNA for PCR and prepare mix and pipet the reactions. In the final step analyze your sample by running a plate on one of our real-time PCR systems.
