￭多步等溫功能(multi-step isothermal functions) 與 Cell Lysis RT-PCR
就是除了提供標準PCR所需的溫控，再額外加入細胞裂解的反應溫控 與 RNA到DNA逆轉錄所需的逆轉錄酶反應溫控，使破細胞到標的基因表現的 cDNA 擴增能在單機一次完成，也就是Cell Lysis RT-PCR。
