A stylus with a design structure that is highly impact resistant. A constant temperature Pirani vacuum gauge that uses the heat conduction of gas. It is possible to measure from atmospheric pressure to low vacuum region (0.05 to 100,000 Pa). Durable platinum is used for the filament. Wiring, space, and power saving are possible by integrating the sensor unit and stylus. JCSS calibration is also possible.
