This easy-to-use kit enables you to establish the pure dye spectra and multicomponent values for FAM™⁄SYBR® Green I VIC®⁄JOE™ and NED™⁄TAMRA™⁄ROX™ dyes on the 7500 Fast Real-Time PCR System.

The Applied Biosystems® 7500 Real-Time PCR Systems Spectral Calibration Kit I contains nine Optical 96-Well Fast Thermocycling Plates: one preloaded and sealed background plate seven preloaded and sealed plates with seven separate dye standards and one region-of-interest (ROI) plate.
