Feature
A high quality window used to allow light to pass through the inside of a vacuum vessel or the other side of a partition wall.
Since the transmittance is increased by an anti-reflection film coat, it can be used as a window for observation of a sample or a window for irradiation of a laser.
By applying an anti-reflection film coat of dielectric multilayer film, reflection of 4% glass surface is kept below 1%.
Since high-quality materials are used, the image is not distorted or the laser beam is not diffused due to the transmission of glass.
The angle of the transmitted beam does not change when the window plate is inserted vertically in the laser path.
* When a laser with a large aperture is used, very slight interference fringes may be observed in the luminance distribution of transmitted light.
Transmittance loss may be slightly greater when using at wavelengths other than the specified wavelength range.
* Transmittance may be reduced when using at a large incidence angle.
