It is used to separate or combine laser light (355 nm, 532 nm) obtained by harmonic conversion of a YAG laser (1064 nm) at a wavelength.
Three types with different reflectance wavelengths are available.
Since a dielectric multilayer film is used, the film has no absorption and can be used for laser light with high energy density.
Because of the plate type, it can also be used for lasers with a large beam diameter.
The high reflectivity of 99.5% separates the reflected and transmitted wavelengths.
* Due to the effect of the refractive index and thickness of the substrate, the optical path of the transmitted light is translated by several millimeters relative to the incident light.
* Transmittance and reflectance wavelength characteristics change when using at an incident angle other than 45 degrees.
* Use the surface indicated by the arrow on the side of the board as the reflecting surface.
* Reflecting on the back side may cause loss of light or ghosting.
* Very little light of the reflected wavelength is mixed in the transmitted light, but light of the transmitted wavelength may be mixed in the reflected light. (5%~15%) * The wavelength characteristic of the transmittance varies depending on the polarization orientation of the laser.
* The average values of P and S polarization are shown in the specifications.
* Check the actual laser polarization orientation before use.
