Feature
A mirror for use in high-energy pulsed Nd-YAG laser (or Yb-YLF laser) and excimer laser optics.
Mirrors ranging from the fundamental wave (1064 nm) to the 4 times wave (266 nm) and mirrors for Ar* F (193 nm) and Kr* F (248 nm) excimer lasers are available according to the wavelength of the YAG laser.
High reflectivity is obtained, so light intensity is not greatly attenuated when multiple mirrors are reflected.
Since it uses a dielectric multilayer film without absorption, it can withstand continuous irradiation by a high-power laser.
The laser capacity was tested 200 on 1 in accordance with ISO21254.
We also have a Surface Accuracy Guarantee Mirror (HTFM) that guarantees surface accuracy after coating.
* Before use, make sure that the energy density of the incident laser beam does not exceed the laser capacity.
* If the laser beam is narrowed by a lens or concave reflection, the energy density may exceed the laser capacity and the mirror may be damaged.
* When the light intensity of the incident beam is large, the beam may pass through the mirror (transmission ratio is 1% or less).
* Be sure to use a light shielding plate on the rear side of the mirror to block stray light.
Ultraviolet mirrors may emit fluorescence.
* Reflectance wavelength characteristics of dielectric multilayer films vary depending on the polarization state of the incident beam.
* P-polarized light has a lower reflectivity and a narrower reflection band than S-polarized light.
* The reflectance of the specification is expressed as the average value of the reflectance of P-polarized light and S-polarized light.
Reflectivity may be low when the watch is used at wavelengths other than the adaptive wavelength.
