An in-line clean filter that uses a hollow fiber membrane for the filter element. A unique hollow fiber membrane element has been adopted to achieve a filtration accuracy of 0.01 μm and a removal efficiency of 99.99%. Since it is a hollow fiber membrane, its life is about 5 times longer than that of the flat membrane type. Compared to the flat membrane type with the same volume, it has a filtration area 3 to 10 times larger, and it has a large flow rate and low pressure loss. If the flow rate is the same, it can be made smaller and lighter. In order to easily determine the maintenance time, we adopted a transparent case so that the dirt on the element can be visually confirmed. It is an oil-free specification. All parts are degreased and washed, and integrated production from assembly to packaging is carried out in a clean room.
As a filter for clean air supply. For supplying clean air to the ionizer. For supplying clean air during non-contact transportation such as liquid crystal boards. Suction transfer, air clean at the time of vacuum break.
* Cannot be used as an absolute filter (absolute filtration degree). Do not use it for applications where foreign matter is extremely disliked (such as direct blowing to a wafer). * Initial flow rate when the primary pressure is 0.7MPa and the pressure drop is 0.03MPa.
